- In a medium bowl mix the tamari, sesame seeds, honey and garlic cloves. Set to one side.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In another bowl whisk the egg and tapioca flour together, add the chicken and cover with the mixture.
- Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked through turn off the heat, add the sauce and spring onions until everything is well combined.
- Serve with brown rice or cauliflower rice.
