Hi, I’m Sandra Brooks of Sandra Brooks Fitness, let me tell you a bit about myself…

I’ve been teaching a wide variety of fitness classes since I qualified in 1993.

I have seen many fitness trends come and go. I have taught in the community, schools & workplace, as well as personal training one-to-one.

Before going self-employed in 2003, to run my personal training, sport massage and fitness classes business, I was managing the gym/studio and personal trainers within a private health club.

Fitness trends will come and go, but the basics will always remain true – fitness and wellbeing HAS to be fun, you have to be inspired and you need to see results or it’s not worth it.  It doesn’t have to be complicated, difficult or take over your life – it just must fit in with your lifestyle or it’s not sustainable. If it’s NOT fun, you just won’t make the time!

As a wife and mother, I fully understand the pressures and time constraints of a busy family life … this was before the curveball of Covid was thrown in! Since then, my business has evolved again to ensure I can serve the fitness needs of those that wish to exercise face-to-face AND those that wish to get their fitness-fix online.
