In a medium bowl mix the tamari, sesame seeds, honey and garlic cloves. Set to one side.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In another bowl whisk the egg and tapioca flour together, add the chicken and cover with the mixture.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked through turn off the heat, add the sauce and spring onions until everything is well combined.
Serve with brown rice or cauliflower rice.
