THE FAST FITNESS FIX:
These Express Workouts are the perfect solution for those that struggle to find time to exercise. Each workout is a maximum of 15 minutes in length, including warm up & stretch.
Each workout will be suitable for all fitness levels. You can take the option of the higher or lower intensity options to suit your body. They are designed to be done from home with no equipment required.
These classes will not only improve your cardiovascular fitness, but your muscular strength too. The perfect package to work your heart, lungs and total body in a short space of time!
They are recorded video links via Vimeo, so you can do the classes again at any time you like.
