I am continuing the popular online fitness classes that you can do live or on demand at any time. There are currently 5 live classes every week, DAILY 15 min express workouts, along with a library with over 200 full length classes – Body Conditioning, Fitness Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, HIIT, Run/Walk and Stretch.
