MIND/BODY CLASS BUNDLE:
These Yoga and Fitness Pilates classes are general classes suitable to do in your own home.
These classes are designed to improve posture, relieve stress, improve back and core strength, along with improving muscle strength, tone, flexibility and joint mobility.
They are recorded video links via Vimeo, so you can do the classes again at any time you like.
