Method
- Place the avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract into the food processor and process until smooth.
- Take the top (solid) portion from the tin of coconut milk (coconut cream) and place into a bowl. This will leave you with the liquid coconut water for another recipe.
- Take your hand mixer and beat the coconut cream for 5 minutes until fluffy (if your coconut cream doesn't fluff up place it into your freezer for 5 minutes to cool down)
- Fold the chocolate mixture carefully into the coconut cream until fully combined.
- Serve and enjoy
