- To make the sauce, add the peanut butter, tamari, maple syrup, ginger, garlic, stock, vinegar and sesame oil into a small bowl and mix throroughly.
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions and drain well or gently heat the vegetable noodles (if using) in a large saucepan.
- Add the peanut sauce to the pan and gently heat through for 2 minutes, add the spring onion and stir through for another minute. Place into your serving dish and sprinkle the sesame seeds over ther top and eat immediately.
- Serves 2
- This recipe also works well with almond butter.
