Face to Face Classes
There are currently 11 face-to-face classes a week running in the local Thame area, both morning and evening classes. A mix of Zumba, Body Conditioning,
Fitness Pilates, Yogalates, Men on Mats and
Fitness Walking.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:
A class that does exactly what it says – conditioning of your muscles from top to toe. It’s a whole-body workout that will improve your overall fitness and body shape. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
ZUMBA:
“Party yourself fit!” Perfect for everybody and anybody! If you like dancing, then you’ll love Zumba! Each class burns hundreds of calories and tones up the whole body, but the best thing is it’s so fun you’ll forget you’re exercising at all! Walk in and dance out smiling and feeling fitter.
FITNESS PILATES:
The perfect workout for mind AND body. Improve posture, back & core strength, increase flexibility and improve muscular balance. The class that really gives something back to the mind AND body.
FITNESS WALKING:
All the mental and physical benefits of walking, with the fun of the disco thrown in!
Come and join these outdoor sessions that will provide motivation and fitness in the fresh air.
Headphones will be provided. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Zumba, Body Conditioning & Fitness Walking classes are just £7 per class or £6 if you purchase a x10 class pass
