CLASSES (AS WE KNOW THEM) CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
SO WHAT DO WE DO NOW?
What I do know is that in these extraordinary and uncertain times ahead is that exercise is essential to keep a positive mindset. I have now made the unavoidable transition to taking ALL my classes online for the foreseeable future.
My ONLINE TIMETABLE consists of x7 FULL LENGTH classes delivered EVERY week (Body Conditioning, Fitness Pilates, Zumba, Yoga & HIIT), along with a daily 10 minute HIIT workout thrown in too. (A copy of the full group timetable is below.)
All these classes are JUST £20 a month!
That is between £128 to £140 worth of classes per month in so-called normal times for just £10 per month.
I know things are slowly returning to normal, but realistically face to face classes won’t be returning until at least September …. and even then we don’t know what form they will be taking. So it’s definitely not too late to join the Group.
The classes are suitable for EVERYONE. You don’t have to have participated in my classes before.

I sincerely hope it won’t be long before we can see each other in classes soon, but until then ‘virtually’ is the only way we can keep exercising together.

Sandra, having been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, has seen many fitness trends come and go. She has taught in the community, schools & workplace (Williams F1, CPM, Jansen Pharmaceutical, CABI), as well as personal training one-to-one. Having worked in a private health club managing the gym/studio and personal trainers, Sandra’s focus has always been to help motivate and educate others in ways to achieve their personal fitness goals. She is also a qualified Sports Masseur.
Fitness trends and diets will come and go, but the basics will always remain true. Sandra firmly believes fitness and wellbeing has to be fun, you have to be inspired and you need to see results or it’s not worth doing. It doesn’t have to be complicated and difficult or take over your life – it just has to fit in with your lifestyle or it’s not sustainable. If it’s NOT fun you won’t make the time!
As a wife and mother, she fully understands the pressures and time constraints of a busy family life.
