Method
- Preheat oven 180/160fan/gas mark 4l grease an 8x8 dish.
- Add the quinoa and spices into a small bowl and mix well, place into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the apple and raisins over the top of the quinoa.
- Beat the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup together then pour into the baking dish, stir lighty.
- Sprinkle the almonds over the top.
- Bake for an hour in the middle of the oven until it is mostly set. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
