Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a high power blender or food processor and whizz until smooth, do not try to make this by hand or you will be disappointed.
  2. Pour into a greased mug and cook on full power for 60 seconds (depending on the power of your microwave)
  3. You can add a tsp of nut butter on the top of cake for extra richness.
