Sandra’s Zumba classes are a highlight of my week, I feel like I’m out dancing and having fun with my friends rather than in an exercise class. I always say I burn as many calories laughing as I do exercising and I have definitely become a happier and healthier person in the nearly 10 years I’ve been attending. “Sandra’s online Pilates class brings a ray of sunshine to my week.

I try to do it live because that way I feel I get the best of both worlds – a bit of fun and interaction combined with the ease and comfort of exercising at home. By the end of the class I have had a really good workout and my mind has been reset.

A wide variety of online classes are available. If you can’t do them live they are uploaded so you can do them at a time to suit you. It’s great to have this flexibility.

Sandra is always cheerful! Her enthusiasm to share her passion for health and fitness means that the classes are incredibly good value too.”

“I’m delighted to say that Sandra has been my fitness instructor and friend for many years.

With the arrival of Covid19 – Sandra was quick to set up on-line classes to ensure we all kept up our routines and well being with having to stay at home.

The classes are streamed ‘Live’ meaning she is actually doing the class with us.  This is great as I still felt part of a group & if it was ‘live’ then I had to join in.

Face2Face has returned, however Sandra has committed to continuing these on-line classes.

The great advantage is that all her classes are uploaded and you can do them at your own convenience and also repeat them as many times as you wish.

The monthly subscription is worth every penny. So I wouldn’t hesitate to encourage anyone to sign up!
